Helmed by Chef Lorenz Hoja, Zouk Group’s Chief Culinary Officer and former Executive Chef at the two-Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Singapore, The Plump Frenchman blends rustic French techniques with creative reinvention. Dishes start from S++ and are designed for sharing — from baby squid stuffed with chorizo in the Chipirons (S++) to a rich, soulful La Soupe À l’Oignon (S++). Mains like the Demi Poulet Rôtisserie (S++) offer perfectly roasted chicken served with salad, sriracha, and house-made pickles, while the classic Coq Au Vin (S++) brings all the comforting warmth of a slow-braised French stew.
