The Society of Interior Designers Singapore (SIDS) has unveiled the winners of Singapore’s 30 Influential Spatial and Interior Designers Awards, spotlighting visionary talents who have redefined the nation’s design landscape and propelled Singapore onto the global stage as a hub for spatial and interior innovation.
The awards ceremony, held at the chic Mondrian Singapore Duxton, served as the grand finale of SIDS’ 30th anniversary celebrations. Graced by Guest-of-Honour Ms Dawn Lim, Executive Director of the DesignSingapore Council (Dsg), the event brought together design luminaries, SIDS council members, industry leaders, and creative partners. The awards are proudly supported by Dsg, with Ms Lim also serving on the esteemed jury panel.
Honourees include accredited interior designers whose works span a diverse spectrum—from serene residential spaces and immersive hospitality venues to dynamic restaurants and cutting-edge commercial hubs. Together, they exemplify how thoughtful design not only shapes environments but also nurtures empathetic, human-centric spaces that respond to urgent global issues like climate change and sustainability.
In tandem with Singapore’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations, this milestone event reaffirms the nation’s commitment to being a “Nation by Design.” It reflects a broader narrative where design is not just decorative, but transformative—shaping how people live, work, heal, and grow.
