Raffles Sentosa Singapore Unveils an Opulent All-Villa Resort on Sentosa Island

Raffles Hotels & Resorts has officially opened Raffles Sentosa Singapore, the nation’s first all-villa resort, bringing a new level of luxury to one of the world’s most dynamic destinations. Nestled within 100,000 square meters of lush tropical greenery on Sentosa Island, this exquisite retreat seamlessly blends heritage, nature, and impeccable hospitality.

Designed by acclaimed studio Yabu Pushelberg, the resort features 62 private villas, each with a pool and outdoor terrace, ranging from a spacious 211-square-meter one-bedroom villa to the grand 650-square-meter four-bedroom Royal Villa. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views, while natural materials and intricate textures create a harmonious indoor-outdoor living experience. The resort’s tranquil landscape is home to unique flora and fauna, including heritage Ficus trees and a vibrant muster of resident peacocks. Guests can also enjoy the legendary Raffles Butler service, with the option to arrive in style via the resort’s Rolls-Royce limousine.

Wellness takes center stage at the Raffles Sentosa Spa, housed in a beautifully restored heritage building. Offering 13 treatment rooms and a range of rejuvenating experiences—including mindfulness therapies, hydrotherapy, and fitness sessions—the spa is designed to inspire relaxation and renewal. Guests also enjoy access to the Sentosa Golf Club and direct entry to Tanjong Beach.

The resort is set to become a culinary hotspot, boasting five world-class dining venues. Empire Grill, led by Chef Bjoern Alexander, serves modern Italian cuisine, while Royal China presents refined Cantonese delicacies by Executive Chinese Chef Ling Heng Yao. Iyasaka by Hashida offers an authentic Japanese omakase experience under the expertise of Chef Kenjiro Hashida. The elegant Raffles Room hosts the signature afternoon tea, while the Chairman’s Room invites guests to indulge in rare whiskies and fine wines. A highlight of the resort’s sustainability efforts is the Sentosa Sling, a unique take on the classic Singapore Sling crafted with upcycled watermelon skin and lemon leaves from the resort’s gardens.

For grand celebrations, Raffles Sentosa Singapore offers state-of-the-art ballrooms and breathtaking outdoor venues, making it an idyllic setting for weddings and special events.

To celebrate its grand opening, the resort is offering a “Welcome Home” package, featuring private roundtrip transfers, daily breakfast for two at Empire Grill, and a complimentary Sentosa Sling. Available for bookings from March 1 to May 31, 2025, for stays up to September 30, 2025, rates start at S

,698 per villa per night.

Raffles Sentosa Singapore marks the brand’s second property in its birthplace, following the iconic Raffles Singapore, which has been a global symbol of luxury since 1887.
