Pullman Singapore Hill Street is kicking off Singapore’s SG60 celebrations with a nostalgic twist—introducing A Taste of Heritage Awaits: Madison’s x Old Chang Kee Afternoon Tea Special.

This exclusive collaboration, available from 3 March to 30 April 2025, marks Old Chang Kee’s first-ever partnership with a hospitality brand in Singapore, blending traditional local flavors with a contemporary culinary experience at Madison’s, the hotel’s chic all-day dining venue.
A Fusion of Nostalgia & Innovation
Madison’s, known for its New York-inspired ambiance and globally celebrated tea-time delights, puts a spotlight on Singapore’s rich culinary heritage through this one-of-a-kind menu. Guests can expect an elevated take on beloved local flavors, including:
- Sweet Treats – Ondeh Ondeh Cake, Gula Melaka Mousse with Mango Jelly, Mango Pudding with Sago Pomelo, and Pandan Scones with Kaya & Whipped Cream.
- Savory Bites – Confit Chicken Brioche with Chili Mayo, Mini Pullman-Style Rojak, and two Old Chang Kee classics: Mini Curry Potato Puff and Mini Sardine Puff.
- Signature Highlight – Laksa Shrimp Vol Au Vent, topped with 8gems caviar and infused with Old Chang Kee’s specially curated Laksa paste, a star ingredient in Curry Times’ acclaimed Dry Laksa Goreng.
Complementing the feast is a choice of regular coffee or tea, with an option to upgrade to Nespresso’s Kopi C or premium Dilmah Teh Tarik for an authentic local touch.
