Garmin Singapore has unveiled the Descent G2, a rugged, watch-style dive computer designed for adventurers who explore both underwater depths and landscapes above. Engineered with multiple dive modes—from technical diving to freediving—the Descent G2 combines advanced dive readiness features with Garmin’s health, fitness, and connectivity tools, ensuring every dive is safe, smart, and unforgettable.
The Descent G2 boasts a 1.2” AMOLED display for clear readability even underwater. Its eco-conscious design uses recycled ocean-bound plastics for the watch’s housing, bezel, and buttons. Reinforced with a sapphire lens and a 100-meter dive-rated case, this rugged dive companion is crafted to withstand the elements.
Available in two striking colorways—classic black and a vibrant paloma/shell pink—the Descent G2 is compatible with QuickFit™ bands, allowing divers to customize their style effortlessly. With up to 10 days of battery life in smartwatch mode, your adventures can last longer without frequent recharging.
The dive readiness feature analyzes lifestyle factors like sleep, stress, exercise, and jet lag, providing a readiness score to help divers decide if they’re fit for the next underwater adventure. A high score suggests you’re good to go, while a lower score might indicate the need for caution.
Once back on land, review dive logs, track gear, take notes, and share your adventures using the Garmin Dive app. The Surface GPS feature marks entry and exit points, allowing you to revisit dive locations on a map.
The Descent G2 is designed for all-day wear, equipped with Garmin’s full suite of health, wellness, training, and connectivity features, including:
Available now at SGD 1,059, the Descent G2 can be purchased from Garmin Brand Stores, Lazada, Shopee, Garmin Online Store, Takashimaya, and selected authorized retailers.
