Currently the Executive Chef of Norway’s three-Michelin-starred RE-NAA and named one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Europe in 2023, Chef Mathew is a rising star in the global culinary scene. From 19 to 23 February, diners can indulge in “A Nordic Expedition,” a five-course gastronomic journey blending Nordic and Asian flavors.
