Bhutan Airlines (Tashi Air Pvt. Ltd.) is set to expand its fixed departures network with a new direct route connecting Hong Kong to Bhutan, beginning 27 January 2025. This marks the airline’s third destination in its fixed departure programme for 2025, following successful launches in Vietnam and Malaysia.
The Hong Kong–Bhutan route will feature 16 fixed departure flights, strategically scheduled to align with peak travel periods for Hong Kong residents. With no layovers, this direct service promises a seamless journey to Bhutan, making the Himalayan kingdom more accessible than ever.
Renowned for its pristine landscapes, ancient monasteries, and sustainable tourism practices, Bhutan offers an escape from Hong Kong’s bustling pace of life. This new route is part of Bhutan Airlines’ dedication to enhancing Bhutan’s appeal as a top holiday destination, providing travellers with a tranquil retreat where time feels like it slows down.
By entering the Hong Kong market, Bhutan Airlines reaffirms its commitment to delivering safe, comfortable, and reliable travel experiences, while strengthening Bhutan’s global connectivity.
