AirAsia Expands Flights to East Malaysia for Chinese New Year 2025

AirAsia has announced additional seasonal flights connecting Singapore and East Malaysia, making it easier for families and friends to reunite during Chinese New Year.

Between 24 January and 5 February 2025, travelers can enjoy convenient late-night flights from Singapore to Kuching, as well as special limited-time routes to Sibu, Miri, and Tawau. With the addition of 22 extra flights, AirAsia will operate a total of 43 flights during the festive season, offering over 7,900 seats at dynamic fares. This move underscores the airline’s commitment to ensuring “Now Everyone Can Fly” while meeting peak holiday demand.

To ensure a smooth journey, guests are encouraged to self-check-in via airasia.com or the AirAsia MOVE app, available up to 14 days before departure.
