6 Iconic Singapore Landmarks around Bras Basah.Bugis precinct to light up this National Day

Happy National Day, Singapore! Join the celebration of the nation’s 57th birthday with the illumination of six historical and culturally significant landmarks around the Bras Basah.Bugis (BBB) precinct, and watch them light up in the National Flag colours of red and white.

For the third year running, this year’s edition of the National Day Light-Up will feature:

• National Museum of Singapore
• Cathedral of the Good Shepherd
• Central Fire Station
• The Cathay
• National Design Centre
• Stamford Arts Centre

These landmarks – four of which are National Monuments – take you on a journey through Singapore’s shared heritage that reminds you of its national identity, bonding the generations of the past, present and future.

The swashes of red and white lights are an expression of the nation’s creative responses to these current times, an articulation of its dreams and aspirations.
