Huawei Consumer Business Group (BG) announces the new 15.6-inch HUAWEI MateBook D 15 laptop designed to deliver all-round performance while offering incredible portability in a sleek, robust chassis.
HUAWEI MateBook D features a Full HD IPS anti-glare display that retains the series’ signature FullView design, offering an 87 percent screen-to-body ratio with a 16:9 aspect ratio for immersive cinematic experiences.
Underneath the anti-glare coating, the 15.6-inch 16:9 IPS panel supports a Full HD (1920×1080) resolution and a maximum opening angle of 178 degrees.
The panel has also been TÜV Rheinland certified for low blue light emission, allowing for better eye protection.
HUAWEI MateBook D 15 is powered by a new 10th Gen Intel Core i3 Processor to deliver a powerful performance while retaining a high level of stability and reliability.
The Intel UHD Graphics 620 embedded in the laptop provides outstanding graphics processing support. It also includes a HUAWEI Shark Fin fan to keep the laptop cool by optimising air flow dynamically.
The laptop comes with a 65W AC adapter with a detachable USB Type-C cable. A 15-minute charging session provide enough charge to run for up to two hours.
Equipped with 8GB of dual-channel DDR4 memory, it has enough memory to handle most high load apps on the market. The solid-state drive (SSD) is connected to the mainboard via the high speed PCIe interface.
By tapping the Huawei smartphone on the Huawei Share icon of the laptop, users can easily drag files across interfaces to initiate file transfers, and seamlessly pick up regular and video calls through the laptop to maximise the benefits of cross-device productivity.
It also features innovative Huawei technologies such as Fingerprint Power Button and Recessed Camera.
Available as an online exclusive product from 26 June 2021, customers can enjoy the HUAWEI MateBook D 15 at a launch offer of $698 (U.P. $748) on Shopee by purchasing a $50 voucher for $1 between the period of 18 – 25 June 2021 in the Shopee app. The $50 voucher can be applied for the purchase of HUAWEI MateBook D 15 upon checkout between 26 – 30 June 2021.
