Truffle White Beehoon anyone? Now available from White Restaurant

Having originated from a humble hawker stall in 1999, White Restaurant has since grown into a stalwart in Singapore’s food scene, beloved both at home and abroad. This festive period, the homegrown brand brings a deluxe update to its signature Original White Beehoon, and introduces some set meals for your holiday feasting pleasure.

The key highlight would be the new Truffle White Beehoon (small: $12, medium: $18). Fans of The Original Sembawang White Beehoon will recognise White Restaurant’s inimitable homemade broth, which is now given an extra dimension thanks to the earthy aroma of premium truffle oil infused into the sauce.

We tried it and love the east-meets-west fusion which actually works to bring a amalgamation of flavours from both worlds.

The new Truffle White Beehoon is available as an ala carte dish for delivery/collection at  order.whiterestaurant.com.sg and dine-in at all outlets from now until 17 January 2021.

Enjoy it together with one of their signature side dishes like Salted Egg Sotong, Signature Fried Wings, Homemade Soy Tofu with Minced Pork or Sambal Sweet Potato Leaves.
