If you’re a paw-ssionate animal lover who yearns to help shelter animals but is unsure of where to begin, look no further! Shopee is partnering with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) in Singapore by bringing users more ways to lend a hand to a paw in need.
SPCA has launched its official store on Shopee Mall and starting 22 June to 5 July, users can shop for a cause by purchasing SPCA merchandise or from over 60 participating sellers on Shopee—with every order made, Shopee will donate $1 to SPCA. Users who aren’t pet owners can also help to give our furry friends a more paw-some life by donating their Shopee Coins.
Shopee is committed to doing its part in giving back to the community. The platform is constantly on the lookout for new ways to support important causes. Together with SPCA, Shopee hopes to lend a hand to community animals in need by educating users on humane pet care and training.
Shopee have removed aversive dog training tools sold on its platform, and have invited SPCA onto Shopee Live on 30 June at 9 PM to educate users on pet care hacks and first aid.
