Instead of coming up with fusion dishes and fancy stuff, Pan Pacific chose to curate a selection of classic Christmas favourites to relive those yesteryears Christmas memories. The hotel is presenting a luxurious festive spreads for diverse palates at their in-house restaurants, Edge, Hai Tien Lo, and Keyaki.
Guests can further elevate their celebrations with an ensemble of holiday treats from Pacific Marketplace to bring home or partake in a festive high tea at Atrium and indulge in Christmas-themed combos at their Poolside Patio. Whichever way you would want to indulge your palate during the year-end festive period, Pan Pacific got you covered.
An Epic Festive Celebration at Edge
Enjoy an extravagant buffet spread as Edge takes on a delicious festive twist for the festive year-end.
Classic culinary highlights from the buffet spread includes the hotel’s Christmas Bread Pudding with Stuffed Pistachios and Dried Fruits, Pineapple and Honey Glazed Bone-in Gammon Ham, Eight Spices Roasted Whole Turkey, Oven Roasted Tomahawk Steak with Herb and Butter, and Roasted Butternut Squash Pumpkin Velouté with Honey Chestnuts.
Move on to an immersive smorgasbord of fresh seafood including Boston Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, Giant Barbecued Squid, Citrus Marinated Whole Salmon Fillet, Dry Curry Crab with Deep-fried Golden Buns and Whisky Glazed Seafood Bisque. Sweeten the meal with traditional Christmas delights such as Minced Fruit Pie, Christmas Stollen, Black Forest Log Cake, and Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce.
