Ice Cream Sundays resident DJs Toppings, Bongomann, and Muto Masashi will join forces with Mugic selectors Ulysses, Kentaro, Dang, and MyHero to form a stacked musical lineup, ready to soundtrack the day with groovy cuts of house, disco, boogie, funk and their many variations. Dancers can expect an intriguing mix of dance floor-focused tracks as each DJ brings their unique flavour to the table.
Digital video artist The Super System will be creating custom animations to be projected around the dance floor area, to complement Haw Par Villa’s eye-popping visual aesthetic.
The event will also feature a social mural, hosted by Mural Lingo and designed by Jennifer O’Connor, which attendees are encouraged to participate in painting as it is completed throughout the afternoon. Finally, to augment the space, Pieralessio Rizzardi of TCA Think Tank will be constructing a decorative installation.
A pop-up bar will be on site serving Kona Longboard Lager and a range of premium spirits. Food will be available courtesy of Sidecar Sausages, whose all-natural sausages and new vegetarian burgers are a favourite at events around the island, while Popbar SG will be offering their customizable gelato popsicles.
Guests who arrive before 5 PM will receive a free can of Kona Longboard Lager, so all are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy the afternoon in Haw Par Villa’s enchanting surroundings.
