After a month of opening and in response to diners’ feedback,Tsui Wah Clarke Quay, the first Tsui Wah (翠華) restaurant in Southeast Asia, has extended its operating hours to cater to the supper crowd.
Fans and foodies can also tuck into four new menu items, available exclusively during the supper period.
The Hong Kong-style “Cha Chaan Teng” (港式茶餐廳) restaurant’s new operating hours are 11am to 1.30am daily (previously 11am to 11pm). With over 40 menu items specially selected from the main a la carte menu, supper will start from 10.30pm with the last order at 1am.
New Dishes
Fish Paste Puffs in Mala Soup with Mixian (麻辣鱼付米线) – $8.50:
Tsui Wah’s signature fish paste puffs, freshly handmade daily, served in a mala soup with mixian. Great for soaking up the fiery broth, the fish paste puffs will burst into a medley of flavours with every bite.
King Prawns in Mala Soup with Mixian (麻辣海虾米线) – $10.00:
The freshness of king prawns provides a sweet and crunchy contrast from the fiery mala soup with mixian – each mouthful filled with the umami flavours of the crustacean.
Sliced Chicken in Mala Soup with Mixian (麻辣嫩鸡米线) – $8.00:
For those who prefer a non-seafood option for supper, there is also a choice of tender, marinated sliced chicken served in the fiery mala soup with mixian.
Luncheon Meat & Sunny-side Up Egg in Soup with Instant Noodles (午餐肉即食面) – $9.50:
Enjoy fried luncheon meat slices and a sunny-side up, served over a piping hot bowl of classic Hong Kong instant noodles in soup.
