900 Pong Pong cakes up for grab at BreadTalk

Thick, fluffy jiggly Castella cake is the latest food craze in Singapore. Even local bakery chain BreadTalk has its own version called Pong Pong cake – an old school style sponge cake with a gooey layer of salted egg yolk filling.

To celebrate its achievement of getting 90,000 fans on Facebook, BreadTalk will be giving away 900 Pong Pong cakes over nine days at Westgate, Toa Payoh HDB Hub and Novena Square outlets only.

At each of the three outlets, BreadTalk will give away 100 Pong Pong cakes each day to the first 100 fans who show that they have liked BreadTalk Facebook page.

So before you bounce over, this is what you need to take note of:

The Pong Pong cake giveaway will take place from 12pm at the following BreadTalk outlets:

• 16 – 18 August: BreadTalk Westgate (100 Pong Pong cakes each day to the first 100 fans who show that they have liked BreakTalk Facebook page)
• 19 – 21 August: BreadTalk Toa Payoh HDB Hub (100 Pong Pong cakes each day to the first 100 fans who show that they have liked BreakTalk Facebook page)
• 22 – 24 August: BreadTalk Novena Square (100 Pong Pong cakes each day to the first 100 fans who show that they have liked BreakTalk Facebook page)

And, remember to like BreadTalk Facebook page.

To redeem the free Pong Pong cake, you have to be among the first 100 to flash that you have liked BreadTalk’s Facebook page.

Redemption is limited to one cake per fan per day, on a first come first served basis from 12pm.
