Local savoury delights never go wrong

If you are one who likes to start your afternoon tea on a lighter note, you have to try the refreshing pandan ice jelly with coconut emulsion.

Following that, you can move onto more full-bodied flavours such as the nasi lemak cornet with crispy anchovies and sambal jam or an exquisite ayam satay encased in a tart shell and drizzled with tantalising peanut gravy.

It’s hard to decide between both so just have two – you won’t regret your decision.

There’s always stomach for sweet treats

Foodies who have a penchant for bonbon will relish the dainty three-tiered stand of desserts featuring bandung rosella bavarious, chocolate almond kueh pie tee and pineapple coconut sable layered with a succulent coconut water jelly.

Developed in conjunction with TWG, Mandarin Oriental Singapore’s signature tea will enliven your palate for a more enhanced taste of the desserts.

The signature tea is a special green tea blend finished with notes of Asian spices.
