Alvinology is Hiring! – Account Director, Executives, Contributors and Interns

We are always on the lookout for fun, energetic and motivated individuals to join our team. From a one-man blog when we started in 2007 to the current content portal model, we deliver over 1 million page views each month through our various channels under Alvinology Media. We also spawned an agency arm, AM Collective, which handles digital and social media marketing for clients like Capitol Piazza, Junction 8, JBL and more.

We have kept our job description and requirement stripped to the bare minimum as we believe in tailoring your roles for the best fit. Essentially, as long as you can get your job done, we do not care too much about educational qualifications or whether you are even reporting to the office daily.

Job scope:

  • Attend and cover events for Alvinology Network including food tasting and media launches
  • Review and try out new products and services
  • Attend and share travel related experiences

Qualifications:

  • Good English
  • Experience writing for online and/or mobile
  • Some knowledge of SEO and social media writing

Interns

Job scope:

  • Write articles for Alvinology.com
  • Attend and cover events for Alvinology.com
  • Manage and schedule social media posts
  • Some travel required

Qualifications:

  • Good English
  • Experience writing for online and/or mobile
  • Basic photography and/or videography
  • Some knowledge of SEO and social media writing

 

AM Collective Positions

Account Director

Job scope:

  • Pitch for new businesses
  • Manage existing client relations
  • Project manage and own P&L for assigned accounts

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years working experience
  • Experience in social media and digital marketing is a must
  • Experience in advertising/PR/media
  • Go-getter

Account Executive

Job scope:

  • Manage existing client relations
  • Project management and execution

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates may apply
  • Savvy with social media and digital marketing
  • Savvy in advertising/PR/media
  • Go-getter
