Eggs Benedict On Danish Pastry? RITUEL TOKYO Singapore Introduces New All-Day Brunch Menu Worth Checking Out

If you’re looking for a new brunch spot in Orchard, RITUEL TOKYO Singapore has expanded its all-day menu with more French-inspired dishes, pastries and desserts! We got to check out the new additions at its Takashimaya outlet, including Eggs Benedict served on Danish pastry and a café latte that comes in a bowl.

One of the highlights is the Egg Benedict Danish Sandwich ($25++), which swaps the usual English muffin for RITUEL’s house-made Danish pastry. Topped with two poached eggs, bacon, spinach and creamy Hollandaise sauce, the buttery, flaky pastry gives this brunch classic a nice twist. It also comes with fries on the side.

We also tried the Oeufs Mayo with Brioche Sticks ($12++), a simple combination of creamy egg salad with chives and toasted brioche sticks for dipping. For something more filling, there are three new open sourdough baguette sandwiches, including Sliced Pork Ham ($20++), Smoked Salmon ($25++) and Wagyu Beef ($28++), each with their own mix of savoury toppings.

Another interesting addition is the French RITUEL Café Latte Bowl ($15++), which is pretty much what it sounds like! Instead of a regular cup, the espresso and steamed milk come served in a wide bowl, just like how the French enjoy their café au lait. You can also pair it with a freshly baked croissant for $22++ before 4pm.

Of course, we couldn’t miss out on the desserts. Matcha lovers can check out the Matcha Mont Blanc ($18++), which combines three forms of matcha, including a tart, financier and Chantilly cream, with rich chestnut cream for an earthy, nutty combination.

If you’re planning a weekday visit, RITUEL also offers a four-course lunch set ($42++ per person) from Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 1.30pm. There’s also the BOUQUET Afternoon Tea ($100++ for two), available daily from 2pm to 6pm.

RITUEL has also opened a smaller sister outlet, Le Petit Atelier by RITUEL, along Beach Road. The takeaway-focused bakery offers pastries like Chocolate Baguette ($6) and Croissant Twists ($5), alongside savoury bites like the Tamago Sandwich ($8) and drinks such as the Croissant Cream Latte ($6).
