Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview is welcoming the festive season with a Christmas Brunch collaboration featuring local oat milk brand OATSIDE at The Best Brew from 21 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.
Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm, the brunch features more than 24 buffet favourites, a choice of freshly prepared à la carte mains and specially created OATSIDE dishes and drinks. Prices start at S$32.80++ per adult and S$18.80++ per child aged six to 12, making it an option for families and friends looking to gather over a festive meal by the Singapore River.
The collaboration incorporates OATSIDE’s Barista Blend, Chocolate and Matcha oat milk into selected savoury dishes, desserts and beverages, adding a contemporary twist to familiar Christmas and brunch favourites.
Among the featured dishes are Chicken Ragout with Baguette and Carbonara, both prepared with OATSIDE oat milk. The chicken ragout is served with crispy toasted baguettes, while the carbonara offers a creamy interpretation of the classic pasta dish. On the dessert buffet, guests can also find Bread Pudding and Assorted Panna Cotta made with OATSIDE.
Three specially created beverages complete the collaboration. The iced Apple Pie Oat Latte draws inspiration from the flavours of apple pie, while the iced Strawberry Matcha Oat Latte combines fruity strawberry notes with matcha. Those looking for a warmer drink can opt for Hot Chocolate made with OATSIDE Chocolate oat milk.
Guests can enjoy the OATSIDE collaboration drinks with a S$6++ top up per drink alongside the buffet. Alternatively, the beverages are available à la carte at S$10.80++ each.
Beyond the oat milk creations, the Christmas Brunch menu includes traditional festive dishes such as Baked Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and Honey Baked Ham with Apple Sauce. Other savoury options include Scrambled Eggs, Crispy Bacon, Garlic Chicken Sausage, Baked Beans, Ratatouille, Baked Cheese Cauliflower and Tater Tots.
For guests who prefer lighter options, the buffet features a DIY Yoghurt Bar and fresh fruit platters. The dessert selection includes Ondeh Ondeh Cake, Royal Chocolate Cake, New York Cheesecake, Apple Crumble Tart and Assorted Cookies.
Each guest can also select one freshly prepared à la carte main. Choices include Beef Pie with Mash and Salad, as well as Vongole Pasta featuring clams.
