Located at 100 Loewen Road in Dempsey, the experiential museum is inviting families and friends to mark the season with festive treats and activities designed for visitors of all ages.

Guests with valid General Admission tickets can receive a complimentary upgrade to Premium Admission if their entire party arrives dressed in full Halloween costumes. Visitors are encouraged to coordinate their outfits, whether they choose matching monster costumes, groups of witches or other creative Halloween looks.

The celebration also introduces two limited time ice cream flavours: Pumpkin Spiced Latte and U-BOO, a ube flavour. The seasonal offerings bring together the familiar warmth of pumpkin spice and the sweet, nutty taste of ube.

For visitors looking to try something different, MOIC will offer SFA approved dried mealworms from InsectYumz as an optional topping for soft serve ice cream. The unusual addition gives adventurous guests the chance to add a crunchy texture to their Halloween desserts.

Another highlight is the museum’s Trick or Treat Experience, available with a S$5 top up for a Trick or Treat Bag. Visitors can purchase the bag at MOIC’s Retail, Bar and Diner outlets or add it to their booking online.

Participants can collect treats from four designated ice cream stations featuring pink cauldrons filled with candy. To receive the treats, they must draw and complete challenge cards with tasks such as delivering their best horror movie scream, dancing to Michael Jackson’s Thriller or sharing a one-minute ghost story with one of the museum’s costumed guides.

Alongside the Halloween activities, guests can enjoy MOIC’s interactive installations and unlimited ice cream, making the seasonal programme an option for families and groups of friends looking for a festive outing.

The Museum of Ice Cream Halloween celebration runs from 21 October to 1 November 2026. MOIC is located at 100 Loewen Road, Dempsey, Singapore 248837.
