The 17th edition of Singapore’s Formula 1 night race saw another sold out weekend, with fans filling the grandstands and walkabout platforms to catch the on-track action and enjoy a packed entertainment programme across the circuit.

One of the major highlights this year was the debut of the F1 Sprint Race in Singapore. The race delivered plenty of incidents and excitement, with Red Bull’s Max Verstappen emerging as the winner. The 29-year-old Dutch driver later secured pole position for the main Grand Prix, putting himself in contention to complete a clean sweep at Marina Bay with his first victory at the circuit.

The Marina Bay Street Circuit is known for its unpredictable racing conditions, with the tight street layout presenting challenges for drivers as they prepare for the 62-lap Grand Prix. The combination of close racing and the demands of night racing continues to make Singapore a distinctive stop on the Formula 1 calendar.

Off the track, the event also recorded a new attendance record for its hospitality offerings. Guests could choose from more than 11 options, including the Formula 1 Paddock Club and TWENTY3. The latter features pop up restaurants led by chefs who collectively hold 30 Michelin stars.

New entertainment and lifestyle experiences introduced for 2026 have also received a positive response from fans. These include a new floating Barge Stage in Zone 1, which hosted performances by DJ Snake, Major Lazer Soundsystem and Rev Run. In Zone 4, an expanded Waterside enclave offered visitors another place to relax and recharge beneath a canopy of trees.

Race Day continues with a line-up of international music acts, including Lana Del Rey, Janet Jackson, James Arthur and Mark Ronson, alongside other performers.
