Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team has brought its AMR Network initiative to Singapore, gathering leaders from technology, finance and business to discuss how organisations can adapt to rapid technological and market changes.

Held under the theme “Speed of Change”, the Singapore event brings together representatives from the team’s partner ecosystem for panel discussions and media roundtables.
Participating partners include Cohere, Glenfiddich, Cognition, ServiceNow, Zscaler, Pepperstone and CoinPayments, representing sectors ranging from AI and cybersecurity to financial technology, digital payments and consumer brands.
The AMR Network is a platform created by Aston Martin Aramco to encourage collaboration, commercial opportunities and discussions among its partners. The Singapore gathering follows the inaugural AMR Network Technology Forum, held at the team’s AMR Technology Campus in Silverstone, United Kingdom, in July 2026.

The Singapore edition expands the programme’s focus beyond technology to examine how businesses across different industries can respond to a common challenge: turning new technology, information and ideas into practical advantages while making decisions more quickly.
The event also follows the presence of Aston Martin Aramco and several of its partners in Singapore earlier in the week for TOKEN2049 and the Milken Institute’s Asia Summit, connecting the initiative with regional communities focused on technology, digital assets and finance.

Jefferson Slack, Managing Director of Commercial at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team, said Formula One operates in an environment of constant change, where teams must assess new information and make decisions quickly during every race and session.
He said businesses face similar challenges, with organisations needing to adapt as markets evolve rather than relying solely on existing business models.
“After all, in racing, in AI, in finance, standing still is the real risk,” Slack said.
He added that the team’s partner ecosystem plays an important role in its future development, with the AMR Network providing a platform to build relationships beyond Formula One and encourage collaboration across industries.
Several participating partners also shared their perspectives on the relationship between technology, data and business transformation.
Gina Wong, General Manager for ASEAN at Cohere, highlighted the importance of organisations maintaining control over their AI capabilities, including their data, models and infrastructure.

Jan Morgenthal, Chief Transformation Officer at ServiceNow, pointed to the importance of accessing data at the right time to support decision-making. Nicole, Vice President of Revenue Marketing at Cognition, said businesses that adapt quickly are often those willing to take risks as they explore new technologies.

Alex Alexandrov, Founder and Group CEO of CoinPayments, emphasised the need for businesses to anticipate market developments, adjust their strategies and check that their direction aligns with customer needs.
Tamas Szabo, Group CEO of Pepperstone, noted the growing role of data and AI in financial markets, while Sunil Frida, Chief Marketing Officer of Zscaler, highlighted the need for cybersecurity systems to respond faster than emerging threats.

The discussions reflect the growing overlap between Formula One, technology and business. Beyond engineering and racing performance, the sport increasingly involves data analysis, digital systems, cybersecurity and technological innovation.
Through the AMR Network, Aston Martin Aramco aims to use its relationships with technology and business partners to exchange ideas, explore commercial opportunities and examine how organisations can respond to an increasingly fast-changing business environment.
