TORIKIZOKU Opens Two New Singapore Outlets Including Its First Ever Global Kiosk Concept

Japanese yakitori chain TORIKIZOKU is expanding its presence in Singapore’s Central Business District with two new locations, including a new kiosk concept that is making its global debut at One Raffles Place.

The brand opened its second Singapore outlet at 18 Cross in August, following its first location at VivoCity. Later this month, TORIKIZOKU will open its third Singapore restaurant at One Raffles Place, introducing TORIKIZOKU Express, the brand’s first kiosk format worldwide.

The two new locations are aimed at bringing TORIKIZOKU’s Japanese dining options closer to CBD workers. While the 18 Cross outlet offers the familiar TORIKIZOKU restaurant experience with its signature yakitori and selection of Japanese comfort food, the One Raffles Place location will focus on grab and go meals designed for weekday lunches, meals between meetings, afternoon snacks and takeaway dinners.

TORIKIZOKU Express will offer YAKITORI skewers and the new Tori Takikomi Gohan, a Japanese chicken rice onigiri, from $2.20+. Bento sets will be priced from $10++ and will include a choice of three YAKITORI skewers alongside either rice or salad.

The new format is designed to retain TORIKIZOKU’s approachable and lively character while offering faster and more flexible options for customers who are short on time during the working day.

The expansion also comes with a refreshed menu across all three Singapore locations from 17 September. A new Signature Picks range will introduce larger portions of selected TORIKIZOKU favourites at $5.90++, building on the chain’s existing $3.90++ offerings.

The Signature Picks selection includes Chicken Kamameshi, Chicken Broth Ramen, Chicken Rice Porridge, Teriyaki Chicken Donburi and Ika Geso. Other highlights include the signature KIZOKUYAKI skewers, Grilled Fluffy Grated Yam, Chicken Nanban and Grilled Liver with Sesame Oil.

TORIKIZOKU’s wider selection of skewers and side dishes will continue to be available at $3.90++.

With the opening of 18 Cross and One Raffles Place, TORIKIZOKU is expanding its reach across Singapore while introducing a new way to enjoy its yakitori. The combination of a full restaurant at 18 Cross and the TORIKIZOKU Express kiosk at One Raffles Place gives CBD diners more options to enjoy the brand’s Japanese offerings, whether they have time for a meal or need something quick to take away.
