Homegrown tea brand itea is marking its 15th anniversary with a week-long celebration at Bugis+, featuring a tropical themed pop-up experience, exclusive merchandise, interactive activities and prizes. The anniversary event, titled “itea’s Tropical World”, will take place at Bugis+ Level 2 from 21 to 27 September 2026.

The celebration also introduces a new limited-edition beverage, Starfruit Jasmine Green Tea with Aloe Vera, which will be available at all itea outlets from 21 September. The drink combines the naturally sweet flavour of starfruit with jasmine green tea and aloe vera, with a light floral aroma and refreshing finish.

Designed around a tropical world exploration concept, the Bugis+ pop up invites visitors to follow itea mascot Bubble through three themed stations centred on Taste, Feel and Share. Activities include a blind taste challenge, tropical fortune draws, photo opportunities and a Gashapon Draw featuring a selection of prizes.

Visitors can begin at the Taste of Tropical Asia station by providing their itea App membership details to receive a 15th Anniversary Bubble themed stamp card. They can then take part in a Blind Taste Challenge featuring several tropical inspired beverages.

The challenge lineup includes the new Starfruit Jasmine Green Tea with Aloe Vera, Peach Green Tea, Coco Shiok, Grapefruit Golden Oolong with Pomelo, Tamarind Citrus Cooler and Pink Guava Green Tea with Chestnut Popping Pearl. Participants who correctly identify the tropical fruit flavour will receive a Flavour Stamp and move on to the next station.

At the Find Your Tropical Mood station, participants can draw a tropical fortune stick featuring messages inspired by different aspects of life, including happiness, romance, work, friendship, food and drink, and family. Each fortune comes with a corresponding reward, such as Bubble stickers, phone lanyards, fans and drinks vouchers. Completing the station earns participants a Mood Stamp.

The final station, Capture the Tropical Moment, gives visitors the opportunity to take photos or videos with Bubble against a Fruit Island backdrop. Participants can also follow itea’s official Instagram, TikTok and Rednote accounts and share their experience using the campaign hashtags and location tag. Completing the station earns a Friendship Stamp, while visitors who follow itea’s official social media accounts can also receive a 15th Anniversary limited edition sticker.

Collecting all three stamps unlocks the final Tropical World Stamp and one chance at the Gashapon Draw. The prizes include limited edition itea card holders and rotating fridge magnets, alongside prizes such as Chanel Perfume, Dior Lip Balm, DJI Pocket 4, a Polaroid Camera, PlayStation 5, Sony Headphones and Nintendo Switch. One grand prize will be awarded each day during the pop-up period.

Visitors can also access a faster route to the Gashapon Draw by purchasing any large drink with a 15th Anniversary merchandise add on for an additional $5 through the itea App at the brand’s Bugis+ outlet on Level 5. Terms and conditions apply, and the offer is available while stocks last.

The anniversary celebration gives itea fans, friends and families an opportunity to experience the brand through its tropical inspired drinks, interactive activities and limited-edition merchandise. The itea Tropical World pop up will run from 21 to 27 September 2026 at Bugis+ Level 2.
