PAUL Singapore has officially unveiled Maison PAUL at Paragon, marking the brand’s first flagship café concept in Singapore. Besides the freshly baked breads and viennoiseries that regulars already know and love, the new space also introduces an expanded dine in menu and a line-up of exclusive pastries that you’ll only find here.

Designed as a cosy café to slow down over good food and coffee, Maison PAUL brings a slice of Parisian café culture to Orchard Road, whether you’re popping in for breakfast, a leisurely lunch or ending the day with dessert.

The new menu centres around classic French bistro dishes. Start with the Escargots à la Bourguignonne ($17.90), where escargots are baked in pesto butter and finished with melted Emmental cheese. The Charcuterie Platter ($29.90) is another good option to share, with a selection of artisanal cold cuts, cheeses and PAUL’s signature apricot jam.

Among the mains, the Beef Bourguignon ($42.90) features slow braised beef chuck that’s tender enough to pull apart with a fork, served over creamy mashed potatoes with seasonal vegetables and charred broccolini.

The Seafood Bouillabaisse ($44.90) is a saffron scented seafood stew served with crusty sourdough and garlic aioli, while the Seared Duck Breast ($34.90) pairs tender duck with mashed butternut, spring vegetables and a sweet and sour sauce.

There’s also the Gratin Dauphinois ($26.90), a hearty potato gratin topped with Comté cheese and served with a stuffed portobello mushroom.

The drinks menu has also expanded with a range of Maison Perrier mocktails. Expect refreshing options like the Lime & Ginger Mule with a citrusy kick, the minty Green Apple Mojito, the floral Lychee Splash and the signature Maison Perrier Chic Lemonjito.

For dessert, Maison PAUL has introduced a new pâtisserie collection that’s exclusive to the flagship. The Pecan Tartlet ($9.90) combines buttery pâte sucrée with caramelised pecans, while the Pistachio Paris-Brest ($9.90) layers pistachio praline and diplomat cream inside light choux pastry, finished with candied almond slices and crushed pistachios.

The Hazelnut Paris-Brest ($9.50) leans richer with velvety hazelnut diplomat cream and roasted hazelnuts.

The Mocha Religieuse ($7.50) brings together coffee infused chocolate pastry cream and a glossy coffee glaze, while the Raspberry Religieuse ($7.50) balances raspberry mascarpone cream with a delicate raspberry jelly for a bright, fruity finish. Both are just as eye catching as they are indulgent.
