Cocktail enthusiasts in Singapore are in for a treat this May as Lorenzo Antinori, co-founder of the acclaimed Bar Leone, brings his award-winning bar concept to Cygnet Bar for an exclusive one-night takeover.
Happening on 8 May 2026 from 6pm to 11pm, the event will see Cygnet Bar transformed into a vibrant extension of Bar Leone, which was recently crowned No. 1 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025 list. Known for its “neighbourhood bar” philosophy, Bar Leone combines a warm, unpretentious atmosphere with world-class cocktail craftsmanship.
Signature Cocktails and Singapore Exclusives
For the one-night showcase, guests can enjoy a curated menu of six cocktails, each priced at S$26++. Among the highlights are Bar Leone’s signature creations, including the Fig Leaf Negroni, a refined twist on the classic cocktail featuring fig leaf–infused vermouth, and the Olive Oil Sour, a rich, textural blend of whisky, sherry, honey, and subtle banana notes.
Also on the menu is the Caffè Paradiso, a bold, bittersweet mix combining amaro, vermouth, and Discarded Banana Rum.
Adding to the excitement, three Singapore-exclusive cocktails will debut during the event, all crafted using Another Hendrick’s Gin, a new release introduced in early 2026. Infused with orange blossom and cacao, the spirit enhances the brand’s signature rose and cucumber profile with a brighter, more rounded character.
Exclusive creations include:
- Green & Gold Fizz – a vibrant, fruit-forward highball featuring Milagro Tequila infused with yellow bell pepper, layered with mango and passionfruit
- Il Cacciatore – a savoury, herbaceous mix combining Another Hendrick’s Gin, mastiha, and Mancino Bianco, finished with cherry tomato
- Pear & Shiso Gimlet – a delicate, aromatic cocktail blending Another Hendrick’s Gin with pear eau de vie, shiso liqueur, and verjus
Elevated Bar Bites to Match
Complementing the cocktail experience, Cygnet Bar will serve a selection of its New York–inspired bar bites throughout the evening. Guests can pair their drinks with indulgent options such as lobster rolls and jamón serrano bikini sandwiches, alongside favourites like truffle fries and crispy karaage.
Lighter bites, including seaweed popcorn and marinated olives, round out the menu, perfect for sharing and enhancing the overall experience.
