Heveya Marks World Sleep Month with Citywide Rest and Wellness Experiences

In fast-paced Singapore, meaningful rest can often feel out of reach. This World Sleep Month, Heveya is inviting the city to slow down with The Heveya Sleep Reset, a curated series of immersive pop-ups and guided experiences designed to spotlight the transformative power of deep, restorative sleep.

Anchored around World Sleep Day on 13 March 2026, the month-long programme brings moments of calm to both urban and natural settings, from a nap sanctuary in the heart of Orchard Road to sunrise and sunset meditation sessions against some of Singapore’s most scenic backdrops.

Sunrise and Sunset Sessions for World Sleep Day

In line with this year’s theme, “Sleep Well, Live Better,” Heveya is extending its celebration beyond retail spaces and into nature with two special ticketed sessions on Friday, 13 March.

At dawn, Sunrise with Heveya unfolds at Tanjong Beach, where participants will take part in a guided Yoga Nidra practice led by Kathy Gabriel of Soma Haus. Blending breathwork and meditation, the session is designed to guide the body into a state of conscious rest, deeply relaxed yet gently aware, offering a nervous system reset at first light. The morning concludes with a nourishing light bite and drink by EYWA, brewed with ingredients sourced from Heveya Farm in Sibang, Bali.

As evening falls, Sunset with Heveya takes place at Silver Garden in Gardens by the Bay. Led by holistic sleep guide Livy von Goh, the Dream Journey session titled The Internal Forest invites participants into a tranquil state between waking and dreaming, set against the glowing Supertrees and Singapore skyline.

For both experiences, guests will rest on Heveya’s 100% organic latex meditation mats, complemented by guided audio through headphones and eye masks for full sensory immersion.

Limited slots are available at $25 per person.

A Sleep Sanctuary in the City

From 4 to 16 March, Heveya will also host an experiential pop-up at Takashimaya Shopping Centre (B1 Talking Hall), bringing restorative calm into the heart of Orchard Road.

The centrepiece is the return of Heveya’s signature Sleeping Pod, a private 30-minute nap experience designed as a deliberate pause within the city’s bustle. Guests can unwind on a king-sized 100% natural organic latex mattress layered with linen sheets, accompanied by calming soundscapes and gentle aromatherapy.

Interactive Experience Corners will offer hands-on insights into Heveya’s sustainably farmed materials, from raw latex bark and latex milk to breathable bamboo fibres. A dedicated Styling Space will showcase the brand’s Bamboo Lyocell, Bamboo Cotton and Linen sheets, alongside bedding accessories and towels, allowing visitors to explore textures and curate their ideal sleep sanctuary.

Shoppers can also preview the debut of the Heveya Cloud Mattress and the expansive 270cm-wide Heveya Family Bed, designed with customisable firmness zones to suit varied comfort preferences.

Exclusive Pop-Up Privileges

Throughout the Takashimaya showcase, visitors can enjoy exclusive promotions, including:

  • Welcome vouchers with every Sleeping Pod booking
  • Up to 20% off selected mattresses (FLO and LUX)
  • 10% off second mattress purchases
  • Bundle discounts for mattress and bed frame sets
  • Purchase-with-purchase offers and sure-win gashapon spins
  • Special bundle pricing on towels and accessories
