In celebration of International Women’s Day, UFIT will host its inaugural Women’s Wellness Festival on Sunday, 8 March 2026, at the UFIT Club Street Hub. Running from 9.30am to 12.30pm, the event aims to create a safe and empowering space for women to learn, move and connect through a morning dedicated to strength, resilience and wellbeing.

Designed to address the evolving and complex nature of women’s health across different life stages, the festival brings together UFIT’s integrated team of coaches and health professionals, alongside contributing speakers from Osler Health.
Five Specialised Wellness Themes
Participants can choose from five focused themes tailored to specific health journeys:
- Menopause
- Cancer Recovery
- Running
- Introduction to Strength Training
- Pre/Postpartum
Each ticket grants access to both an educational talk and a corresponding workout session within the selected theme, allowing attendees to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in areas most relevant to them.
Community, Connection and Cause
Beyond the curated sessions, the festival will feature partner booths spotlighting female-led businesses, curated goodie bags, a live DJ, and opportunities for attendees to connect with like-minded women from diverse backgrounds.
The event also reflects UFIT’s commitment to supporting meaningful causes. In partnership with the Breast Cancer Foundation, $10 from every ticket sold will be donated to support women affected by breast cancer.
