This Lunar New Year, Our Tampines Hub (OTH) is set to light up the heartland with Spring Melodies 2026, its annual community concert celebrating music, tradition and togetherness.

Taking place on Saturday, 21 February 2026 at the Festive Plaza, the concert is expected to draw more than 1,000 residents from across Tampines. Families, seniors and youths will gather to usher in the Year of the Horse in a lively, family-friendly setting that reinforces OTH’s role as a central gathering point for the community.
Designed as a shared festive experience, Spring Melodies 2026 promises an evening of vibrant performances, including dragon and lion dances, festive walkabouts by the Horse and God of Fortune mascots, and live music to set the celebratory mood.
The concert will be hosted by Mediacorp personalities Hazelle Teo and Marcus Chin, with performances by familiar local artistes such as Jasper Lai, Gean Lim and Lim XiXi, among others.
The celebration will also be graced by Advisers to Tampines GRC, including Minister Masagos Zulkifli, Mr David Neo, Dr Koh Poh Koon and Dr Charlene Chen, as well as Adviser to Tampines Changkat, Desmond Choo, who will join residents in celebrating the festive season together.
A Month of Festive Activities
Beyond the main concert, OTH will roll out a series of community, cultural and sports programmes throughout the Lunar New Year period, extending the celebrations across the hub.
At the Festive Plaza, residents can enjoy traditional music and cultural dance performances on 22 February, 28 February and 1 March from 2pm to 3pm. A lineup of lion dance performances on selected dates from 14 February to 1 March at 3.30pm will bring rhythmic drumming and dynamic choreography to the main stage.
Families can also head to Festive Walk East from 20 to 22 February for interactive activities, including a “Face Swap AI Photo Booth” (12pm–9pm), CNY mascot meet-and-greet sessions (2pm and 6pm), and hands-on Lunar New Year craft workshops where participants can create clay horse keychains and puppets.
Fitness enthusiasts can join the festive-themed workouts at Central Plaza. On 28 February, the “Horseh-Bo” Mass Dance Fitness Workout will deliver a four-hour dance marathon featuring different genres each hour. On 1 March, the Prosperity 8 Strength Challenge will offer eight compound and strength-based workouts, including HIIT, HYROX-style training, circuit sessions and Pilates, symbolising prosperity and balance for the year ahead.
Spring Melodies 2026, happening from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at Festive Plaza, is a free event that invites residents to come together in celebration of shared traditions.
