Singaporean households will receive an additional $300 worth of CDC Vouchers from 2 January 2026, as the Community Development Council (CDC) Vouchers Scheme 2026 (January) officially launches to help families manage daily expenses while supporting hawkers and heartland merchants.

The launch event, held at Punggol 21 Community Club, was officiated by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong, alongside the Mayors and representatives of Singapore’s five districts, underscoring the nationwide commitment to community resilience and inclusive support.

Completing the $800 CDC Vouchers Package
This latest disbursement marks the final tranche of the $800 CDC Vouchers announced at Budget 2025. Following the $500 distributed in May 2025, households can now claim the remaining $300. As with previous rounds, the vouchers are split evenly:
- $150 for use at participating hawkers and heartland merchants
- $150 for use at participating supermarkets
Now in its eighth tranche, the digital CDC Vouchers Scheme continues to encourage spending within neighbourhoods, helping residents stretch their budgets while sustaining local businesses that form the backbone of Singapore’s heartlands.

Easy Claiming and Year-Long Validity
Eligible households can claim their vouchers by logging in with Singpass at go.gov.sg/cdcv from 2 January 2026. In line with sustainability efforts, no physical notification letters will be issued. Instead, information will be shared via digital platforms, social media, newspapers and community posters.
Once claimed, households will receive an SMS from gov.sg containing a unique voucher link, which can be shared among family members. These January 2026 vouchers are valid until 31 December 2026, giving residents ample time to use them.
Participating hawkers and heartland merchants can be identified by teal CDC Vouchers decals, while participating supermarkets carry yellow decals.
Residents can also locate nearby merchants here.
Extra Help for Seniors and the Digitally Less-Savvy
To ensure no one is left behind, CDCs have activated a wide support network at Community Centres/Clubs (CCs) and SG Digital Community Hubs. Priority queues will be available for seniors and persons with disabilities, with assistance provided for residents without smartphones or those needing help with Singpass.
More than 500 youth and student volunteers from institutions such as ITE, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, St Andrew’s Junior College and Singapore Management University will assist during the first week of the launch. In addition, Digital Ambassadors and Silver Infocomm Wellness Ambassadors will be stationed at selected CCs from 2 to 15 January 2026, offering hands-on guidance through CDC Vouchers Learning Journeys.
Donate for a Good Cause
Households who wish to give back can do so through the CDC Vouchers Donation Scheme, which allows unused vouchers to be donated to participating Institutions of a Public Character. The donation window is open until 31 January 2026.
Stay Alert Against Scams
The People’s Association and CDCs remind the public to remain vigilant. Claiming CDC Vouchers does not require bank details, money transfers, or app installations from unofficial sources. For suspicious messages, contact PA at 6225 5322, or the 24/7 ScamShield Helpline at 1799.
