[Festive Shopping] Meet Elmo, Cookie Monster and Friends at UOL Malls This Christmas

The beloved characters from Sesame Street are spreading festive cheer at UOL Malls from now until 28 December 2025.

Shoppers at United Square and Velocity@Novena Square can immerse themselves in a “Season of Sparkles” featuring Christmas musicals, festive sing-alongs, whimsical snowfall moments, and meet-and-greet sessions with Elmo, Cookie Monster, Bert, Ernie, Abby, and Count.

Both malls will be adorned with Sesame Street-themed decor, perfect for family photos, and United Square will showcase a towering six-metre outdoor Christmas tree. The celebrations are designed to offer a gentle flow of activities for all ages, encouraging families to pause, play, and explore together.

Sesame Street Rewards with Festive Spending

Across both malls, festive spending will open doors to a range of Sesame Street rewards. Eligible shoppers can redeem meet-and-greet passes for close-up moments with the characters and collect exclusive merchandise such as notebooks, tote-brellas, and travel bags:

By spending at United Square, you can redeem a pass for meet-and-greet sessions following the Sesame Street Christmas Musical, which runs from now to 7 December.

The musical features Elmo, Cookie Monster, Bert, and Ernie leading cheerful sing-alongs, preceded by a magical Bubble Magic Time that creates a cozy snowfall atmosphere.

At Velocity@Novena Square, Abby and Count will be roving around the mall on weekends, specifically on 29 and 30 November and 6 and 7 December at 2pm, offering spontaneous photo opportunities.

Uncle Ringo’s Festive Carnival

Beyond Sesame Street, United Square will host Uncle Ringo’s Festive Carnival from now to 28 December, featuring rides like the Festive Carousel, Aeroplane, and Sonic Train, alongside creative craft workshops for children and adults.

UOL Gives Back

In the spirit of giving, UOL Malls continues its annual “UOL Gives Back: Make A Wish Come True” initiative. Until 7 December, you can pick a Sesame Street-themed gift tag from Christmas trees at the customer service counters of both malls. These tags carry wishes from children of Care Corner Student Centres and Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts. Shoppers can purchase and wrap the requested gift, returning it to the counter by 7 December for delivery before the holidays.

Additionally, from now to 24 December, a festive gift-wrapping station called “Bundle Up Some Cheer” will operate at both malls. All wrapping proceeds will benefit the Singapore Red Cross Society.
