Renowned chefs like Karlie Verkerk and Flavio Morganti took center stage to showcase their skills. From Australian Coral Trout to the flavors of Spain’s Galicia region, these culinary artists left no stone unturned.
The Oyster Challenge
An exciting culinary competition, the Oyster Challenge, saw skilled chefs go head-to-head in three thrilling rounds of competition: Shuck & Arrange, House Dressing, and a Mystery Box Challenge. It was a testament to the skills and creativity that go into preparing and presenting this seafood delicacy.
