This is a personal favourite of mine at Morganfield’s and I would highly recommend it.
A deliciously flavorful cut of beef, cooked low and slow bone-in to achieve meltingly tender and irresistibly juicy texture. Morganfield’s Beef Ribs are roasted for hours to intensify their natural flavors, finished with a bold sear to caramelise meat and fat, and complemented with their signature Hickory BBQ sauce for elements of smoke and fire.
