Huawei announces the new HUAWEI MatePad, a new 10.4-inch tablet that delivers enhanced performance and supports a rich suite of multimedia features.

The new HUAWEI MatePad provides greater convenience and efficient multi-tasking for portable work and play. Its lightweight 460g enclosure houses a new 7nm Kirin 820 processor which powers blazing fast speeds of up to 2.36GHz, and its integrated Mali-G57 GPU and NPU systems support smooth performance for intensive gaming and video playback and an overall richer AI experience. It also supports Wi-Fi 6 with peak download speeds of 2,400Mbps for buffer-free video streaming and speedy file transfers.

Featuring a 2K FullView design, the new tablet delivers edge-to-edge display with a 16:9.6 slim-bezel display. On top of the high-res display, the latest MatePad also supports Huawei’s proprietary HUAWEI ClariVu Display Enhancement Technology. Users can immerse themselves in a home theatre-like video and audio experience without headphones through its powerful inbuilt Harman Kardon quad-speaker sound system.

The device is pre-installed with HUAWEI Video that offers a varied selection of International drama series, movies and documentaries. The new HUAWEI MatePad (4GB RAM + 128GB ROM) will be available from 22 May 2021 at a retail price of $498 in all HUAWEI Experience Stores, selected consumer electronic stores including Best Denki, Challenger & Hachi.tech, COURTS, Harvey Norman, Sprint Cass and Huawei official online stores in Lazada and Shopee.

From 22 May 2021 – 6 June 2021, customers will receive a gift bundle worth up to $180 with every purchase of the new HUAWEI MatePad, while stocks last. The gift bundle includes:
