Singapore’s iconic roof top destination and 1-Group flagship 1-Altitude turns 10! This grand anniversary celebration will be caroused through all floors, from the new ‘SIXTYONE’ lounge, Stellar and of course all the way up to the world’s highest al fresco rooftop bar and lounge!
The festivities begin on the weekend of the 23rd and 24th of October 2020 from 4 PM, at 1-Altitude with a Seafood Extravaganza, showcasing the best of seafood.
A luxurious evening at the world’s highest alfresco bar is further complemented with its specially curated cocktails, La Dolcetini and Singria, sized up in pitchers that are only available for the weekend. These pitchers are priced at 1 for $40++ and 2 for $60++.
Stellar celebrates all things Australian with a Supernova Brunch on the 15th of November 2020, an extension of Stellar’s weekly Sunday brunch. Guest Michelin star chef Sam Aisbett who previously helmed Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, Whitegrass, will collaborate with the hosting chef, 1-Group’s Culinary Director, Christopher Millar.
Stellar’s weekly brunch ‘Bubbles & BBQ’ displays its dedication to quintessential, modern Australian cooking, maintaining texture, purity of flavour, quality of ingredients while showcasing its true essence through its focus on grills.
All-new Gastro Lounge
on 22 November, 1-Altitude’s newly launched Gastro Lounge will showcase an all-new menu, featuring Casa Nostra chef Antonio Miscellaneo, one of Singapore’s most coveted private dining chefs. For 1 day only chef Antonio steps out of his private kitchen and brings his own pizza ovens to 1-Altitude to create this collaborative menu with chefs of 1-Altitude.
The curated communal menu at $345++ per table of 5 pax ($69 per person), includes an antipasto platter, Chef Antonio’s fabulous artisanal pizzas, the 1-Altitude grill platter for sharing and an Italian dessert.
