Enjoy Abundant Seafood Treasures and win 1-night One Farrer Hotel stay at Escape Restaurant and Lounge this April to May 2020

She11 We is back and better than ever with its impressive array of fresh ocean harvests alongside Executive Chef Marcus Tan’s mouthwatering spread of seafood-themed international delights.

Available for dinner from 24 April 2020 to 31 May 2020, She11 We invites seafood aficionados to indulge in a glorious ensemble of 11 ocean gems on ice comprised of:

  • Japanese oysters
  • Australian yabbies,
  • sea whelk
  • sea scallops
  • flower clams
  • green mussels
  • sweet sea prawns
  • four types of crabs

Each diner will also receive a portion of shoyu-glazed half shell scallop and baked half lobster thermidor served piping hot from kitchen to table, rounding out the main attractions.

The wonders of the sea extend to the extravagant buffet spread punctuated by perennial local favourites like sambal stingray served alongside chinchalok dressing, fried black pepper prawns and the quintessential Singapore-style prawn noodles with pork ribs.

For variety, a further five local dishes will be put on rotation with a fresh selection available each day. These include:

  • seafood fried rice with conpoy and baby abalone
  • braised seafood glass noodles
  • black pepper crayfish
  • steamed barramundi with Teochew-style superior sauce
  • lemongrass Venus clams with Thai spices
  • stir-fried razor clam with black bean sauce

At the carving station, the culinary team will be serving crispy seabass accompanied by fiery Thai red curry.

Fans of Mediterranean cuisine can look forward to Frutti di Mare pizza fresh from the oven, topped with mussels, prawns, squids and chopped basil.

An Insta-worthy treat, diners may feast their eyes on creamy pasta alfredo tossed with wok-kissed garlic, capers, anchovies and chopped parsley atop a parmesan cheese wheel at the live station. A duo of creamy clam creations also awaits consisting of traditional English clam chowder and creamy butter clams infused with sambuca.

Pastry Chef Yew Tuck Wai will also be presenting desserts from the deep with adorable fish gummies that pair with oceanic blue sea jello, while his pistachio coconut cake channels a breezy island sunset.

Kids will enjoy an assortment of bonbons in the shape of sea stars, shells and lifebuoys.

The She11 We specials will also be joined by a line-up of Escape Restaurant’s most popular buffet staples such as the Indian copper pot, chef’s selection of sushi, assorted dim sum and the air-flown salad station inclusive of premium charcuterie and cheeses.

No visit to Escape Restaurant would be complete without its signature durian pengat.
