Relish the good times and gaze over spectacular views of the Marina Bay through floor-to-ceiling windows. Indulge in a champagne ice jelly with forest berry foam to start, followed by sumptuous savouries such as the christmas ham with cranberry jam on brown toast or a turkey foie-gras roll with traditional red cabbage stew.
Homemade scones, baked to perfection are next served and the three-tiered stand of elegant desserts are set to impress. Highlights include the cherry noel st. honoré, a coffee pecan montblanc number, classic bite-sizedmanjari crunchy chocolate yule log adorned with santa’s hat or the crowd’s favourite christmas fruit cake and more.
