Still feeling bright and cheery from National Day celebrations? Continue the joyous occasion with Singapore’s favourite fruit – durians!
Ride-hailing app Grab will launch #GrabDurian to allow its customers to order a box of much-loved Mao Shan Wang durian via its app, and one of its dedicated #GrabDurian drivers will deliver it personally right to the door.
Back by popular demand for a third year running, Grab will also be rewarding its Platinum users this year, giving them the chance to use GrabRewards points to redeem their box of Mao Shan Wang durian.
This special one-off GrabReward icon will go live on the Grab app for Platinum users on 10 August (Thursday), and those successful will then be prompted to fill in their details for delivery on 12 August (Saturday).
Everyone else can #GrabDurian by using GrabPay on 13 August (Sunday), sending money instantly from their account and waiting for #GrabDurian drivers to deliver their durian to their doorstep on the same day.
#GrabDurian can only be paid for using GrabPay, so you will need to make sure you have added your card to your Grab account for seamless and fuss-free payments.
Act fast though because supplies are limited.
