My favourite of the five settings is Reflexology. The pressure was just about right on my feet, ankles and calves. I opted to also turn on the “Warm Air” function for added relief because my feet and legs were painfully sore. To complete the experience and to balance the intensity, I switched to Sleep program for gentler strokes towards the end of this therapeutic session; it was definitely soothing and deeply relaxing.
