Five Yusheng Delivery Options for CNY
It’s the Chinese New Year (CNY) festive period and also time to lohei to usher in all the good stuff for the year ahead.
Traditionally, lohei is done with a Yusheng dish on the seventh day of CNY. These days, we tend to lohei at every CNY meal gatherings. If you are looking to order a yusheng online and have it delivered to you at your convenience, here are five recommendations to consider:

Available from 9 Jan to 11 Feb 2017, the Kinki’s Prosperity Toss is prepared with fresh sashimi upon ordering via online food delivery service, Deliveroo.
This is really one of the best yusheng I had this year. It is served with an assortment of freshly prepared salmon, tuna and swordfish sashimi, splashed with sesame dressing and dashes of truffle oil.
Delivery lead time is at least 2 hours in advance of required delivery timing. Pre-order of 3 working days is needed in advance for orders of 10 pax and above. Price starts from S$94.16 for 4 pax.
The salmon yusheng starts from S$38 for 2 to 6 pax, going up to S$98 for their abalone yusheng. You can order an assortment of dim sum to go with your lohei or try some of their special CNY dishes like Yum Cha’s Golden Chicken Nian Gao or Steamed Yam Cake with Dry Scallops.
Golden Pillow 933 is famous for their curry chicken, wrapped in a loaf of freshly baked bread. They also cater yusheng during the CNY period.
Prices start from S$33.80 for their prosperity salmon yusheng and goes up to S$88.80 for their 10 head abalone yusheng.
Neo Garden is one of the largest catering companies in Singapore. If you want assurance for timely delivery and no hiccups with your orders, they are probably one of the best bets.
