Here is a wallet-friendly treat too good to be missed. Shin-Sapporo Ramen, a ramen chain launched in 2010 in Singapore, just added a few Shabu Shabu items to their menu and the prices are really reasonable.
The Shabu Shabu comes with three broth options – Tonkotsu, Chigae Kimchi and Cheddar Cheese, catering to the diverse tastebuds of cosmopolitan Singaporeans.
The main spotlight goes to the three choices of premium quality ingredients freshly flown from Japan — Wagyu beef, Kurobuta pork and Hamachi (yellowtail fish) slices and prawns.
Each set comes complete with vegetables, mushrooms and traditional ramen noodles.
Best of all, these are all priced similarly at S$17.88++ for one pax and S$30.88++ for two pax. A pretty good deal.
I would recommend the Tonkotsu broth as it is the signature broth which is used for their popular ramen dishes as well.
The Shabu Shabu menu is now available at all Shin-Sapporo Ramen outlets — orchardgateway, Century Square and Alexandra Retail Centre.
More details are available via Shin-Sapporo’s official website and Facebook page.
