Festive Indulgence at Caffé  B

If you are looking for somewhere in Marina Bay Sands to indulge in a quiet Christmas meal with drinks, Caffe B offers two interesting festive set menu options.

At the Caffe B restaurant, there is a 6-course Christmas menu priced at S$100 with an option of an additional S$50 for wine pairing; while at the Caffe B bar, there is a 3-course Christmas menu, inclusive of a glass of Prosecco, priced at S$70.

The two menus are available for both lunch (12 to 3pm) and dinner (6 to 10pm) from now till 25 December 2015.

Caffé B is a social dining and bar concept that fuses Italian culinary traditions with Japanese cultures. Located in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, the level 1 shopfront houses a popular bar while the restaurant is at basement 1.

The restaurant and bar is headed by a globetrotting Japanese managing director, Tae Tsuchida, bringing her international influences into the menu and offerings.

The 6-course Christmas menu at Caffe B restaurant:

Antipasto - Sicilian Salmon Carpaccio: thinly cut slices of fresh salmon complemented with a side of Bell Pepper Brunoise, Sake Mayo and Ricotta-stuffed San Marzano Tomato
