My blog is snowing – this means Christmas and the year-end festivity is about to begin. This holiday season, the folks at Park Hotel Group presents a slew of culinary delights and festive treats at their three hotels in Singapore – Grand Park Orchard, Grand Park City Hall and Park Hotel Clarke Quay.
First up is their selection of delectable new roasts and festive goodies, available at any of the three hotels or via online order on their website from 15 November to 30 December 2013:

I had the opportunity to sample the roasts in the above pictures during a media preview and tasting at Park Hotel Clarke Quay.

The Asian-flavoured Turkey is cooked with an interplay of spices and inspired by the satay sauce in Singapore. The turkey is marinated with cumin spices before it is baked and basted. Adding a little Christmas flavour, hazelnut sauce is used, giving an interesting twist to the classic satay sauce. This dish was created with the intention to cater to both western and asian palates.
The beef prime ribs was succulent and well-cooked. Personally, I am not a big fan of ham, but the orange cinnamon sauce does add zest.
On top of the roasts, each hotels also have their own Christmas buffet spread and promotions. Here are some of the good stuff showcased at the party I attended at Park Hotel Clarke Quay:
