Minister for Transport and Second Minister for Finance Jeffrey Siow unveiled the train, which features festive graphics and collectible sticker packs inspired by this year’s theme, “Delivering Christmas Magic”. Supported by Enterprise Singapore, the activation aims to introduce commuters to local brands and independent artisans ahead of the market’s return to Marina Bay Sands.

The train will run along the Downtown Line for a month, leading commuters towards Bayfront MRT Station, which offers direct access to Marina Bay Sands. The Christmas Atelier will take place at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, Level 1, Hall C, from 12 to 14 November 2026.

Commuters can collect four limited edition Christmas hanger designs inspired by the festive season: a Christmas Tree, Christmas Stocking, Wreath and Gift Tag. A new design will be introduced every Friday, with sticker packs available aboard the decorated train. Each hanger can be personalised with accompanying stickers, allowing commuters to create their own festive keepsakes.

Those who collect and complete all four designs can bring them to The Christmas Atelier from 12 to 14 November to redeem a special goodie bag. The package includes a one-day admission pass to the market and is available to the first 20 eligible guests each day, while stocks last.

Returning for its eighth edition, The Christmas Atelier 2026 will bring together more than 130 founder led artisanal brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, home and gourmet products. The market has grown from a small event featuring fewer than 10 brands into a festive shopping destination showcasing independent creators, emerging businesses and established names from Singapore and overseas.

Participating brands include Bynd Artisan, House of Holly, TRIA the Label, RÓA, Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie, Clumzy and Vetreska. Almost half of this year’s participating brands are returning exhibitors, while a new group of makers and creators will join the market for the first time.

Beyond shopping, visitors can expect large scale festive installations, photo opportunities, hands on activities and curated gifting experiences. Under the theme “Delivering Christmas Magic”, the event draws inspiration from the anticipation of receiving a special delivery, with an emphasis on thoughtful gifts, creative craftsmanship and spending time with loved ones.

Ticketholders will also receive several festive perks. Each visitor can claim one complimentary Yeo’s beverage during their visit, while the first 1,000 ticket holders will receive a S$10 promotional voucher for attractions on Trip.com, subject to availability and terms and conditions.

Visitors travelling to or from the event can enjoy 15% off Grab rides with the promo code TCA2026, capped at S$3 per redemption. The offer applies to standard, premium, kid friendly and large car services, while stocks last.

For those driving to Marina Bay Sands, ticketholders can redeem parking at a capped rate of S$12.84 per day for a single entry by presenting a valid PDF ticket for the day of their visit. Weekday redemptions are available at the Concierge Counter from 8am to 6pm, while Saturday redemptions can be made at The Christmas Atelier ticketing counter. Terms and conditions apply.

Early Bird tickets went on sale on 21 September 2026, with prices starting at S$6 while stocks last. A one-day pass costs S$6 during the Early Bird period, compared with the regular price of S$8. The one-day BFF pass and three-day pass are available at S$10 each during the Early Bird period, compared with their regular price of S$14.

The three-day pass allows entry across all three days, while the one-day pass and one day BFF pass are valid for the selected date of visit. Children aged 10 and below can enter free when accompanied by an adult holding a ticket. Visitors aged 11 and above require a ticket.

The Christmas Atelier 2026 will open on 12 November from 1pm to 9pm, followed by operating hours of 11am to 9pm on 13 and 14 November.

Tickets are available through The Christmas Atelier’s website and Trip.com. With its festive MRT train, collectible keepsakes and three-day market, the event offers commuters and visitors another way to discover independent brands and prepare for the Christmas season in Singapore.
