The initiative aims to make wellness a more integrated part of a hotel stay, combining specialised recovery facilities, personalised guidance and technology designed to support physical performance, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

AiRe Wellness, founded by entrepreneur and Chief Resilience Architect Derrick Seeto, is introducing a guided recovery and wellbeing concept at the hotel. Drawing on Seeto’s 25 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, the programme is built around five pillars: Recover, Move, Connect, Optimize, and Mindfulness & Sleep.

The Recover pillar offers guided experiences such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, contrast therapy, red light therapy and compression recovery. Move focuses on mobility assessments, movement education, training and access to the hotel’s FIT Gym. Connect encourages community participation through coaching, workshops and wellness events, while Optimize provides personalised assessments and recovery planning. Mindfulness & Sleep focuses on mental recovery through breathwork, guided relaxation and sleep related strategies.

AiRe Wellness also offers Technogym body composition analysis alongside guidance on sleep, nutrition, mobility, stress management and breathwork. Recovery Coaches help guests select suitable experiences based on their individual needs, goals and routines.

Complementing these services, the hotel’s AWAY Spa features a Contrast Zone designed for relaxation and recovery. Its facilities include an infrared sauna, steam room, vitality pool, experiential showers, cold plunge and a dedicated Refuel Recovery Room. A mineral magnesium whirlpool has also been added, with the hotel positioning it among the first such wellness facilities introduced by hotels in Singapore.

Guests can also access the hotel’s FIT Gym, which operates 24 hours a day and features Technogym equipment. Additional fitness options include personal training, kickboxing and buddy training classes, as well as Aqua Fitness sessions with The Ripple Club, including aqua biking and aqua boxing.

The second partnership brings L’évive Labs to the hotel with its first Longevity Bar pop up. Founded by former media executive and female biohacker Julia Laukemann, the brand focuses on making longevity science more accessible through supplements and wellness experiences.

Its product range includes The Rebel NMN+, designed to support cellular energy and renewal, and The Radiance Marine Collagen+, which the brand describes as the world’s first drinkable UV protection collagen. L’évive Labs says its products are informed by DNA and biomarker science and supported by longevity experts.

At the hotel’s Longevity Bar, guests can try supplement powered smoothies, juices and coffees. An interactive Skin Biohacking Zone will also feature LUME Red Light Masks, allowing visitors to explore red light technology as part of the experience.

W Singapore is also partnering with LUME Red Light, a Singapore based red light therapy brand, to introduce additional recovery options. Its devices use red and near infrared light at wavelengths of 660nm and 850nm, which the brand says can support cellular renewal, help reduce inflammation and assist post activity recovery.

The partnership brings LUME’s Recovery Blanket and Movement Mat into the hotel’s wellness offering, providing full body red and near infrared light exposure.

To bring these services together, W Singapore has introduced the Oxygen & Red Light Recovery Retreat by AiRe room package. Each stay includes one guided Technogym Body Composition Analysis, one 60-minute hyperbaric oxygen therapy session and one 20-minute red light therapy session.

Guests booking the package also receive all day access to FIT Gym and the WET Deck, as well as the mineral magnesium bath, cold plunge, vitality pool, infrared sauna, steam room and experiential shower facilities. Other inclusions are daily breakfast at the kitchen table, 15 per cent off selected AiRe Wellness experiences, excluding treatments, and an AWAY Spa treatment voucher.

The package also offers 15 per cent off dining at SKIRT, the kitchen table, WET Deck and WOOBAR.

Looking ahead, the hotel plans to introduce two dedicated guestrooms designed around sleep and recovery. These rooms will feature beds that monitor sleep habits, selected in room amenities to support rest and rejuvenation, and personalised recovery plans developed with AiRe Wellness.

Through the three partnerships, W Singapore, Sentosa Cove is broadening its approach to hospitality by incorporating recovery, fitness, nutrition and sleep focused experiences alongside its existing accommodation, dining and spa facilities.
