Singapore’s hospitality scene has welcomed a new serviced living concept with the opening of APT. at Stamford Place, offering 66 design led apartments for travellers seeking stays ranging from six nights to several weeks or an entire season.

Located on Levels Three and Four of Stamford Place at 61 Stamford Road, the new property combines the comforts of home with hotel style hospitality and access to shared workspaces, dining and lifestyle amenities. Its location at the corner of Stamford Road and Hill Street places guests about four minutes from City Hall MRT station and within easy reach of Singapore’s Civic District, cultural attractions, green spaces, restaurants and retail destinations.
APT. takes its name from the apartment experience and the idea of being well suited to the way people live today. The concept is designed for guests who want greater flexibility to live, work and explore Singapore while maintaining a sense of independence during their stay.
The property offers seven categories of accommodation, including APT. Studio, APT. Deluxe, APT. Urban, Stamford Suite, Stamford Premier Suite, Hill Suite, Canning Suite and Civic Suite.
The 24 square metre APT. Studio features a king-sized bed, dedicated workspace, minibar and under bed luggage storage. Selected studios open onto a shared vestibule equipped with filtered drinking water, a sink, refrigerator and microwave. Families and groups booking adjoining apartments can use the vestibule as a shared space while retaining the option of closing the door for privacy.
Guests planning longer stays can opt for the APT. Deluxe, measuring 29 square metres, or the APT. Urban, which ranges from 35 to 38 square metres. Both provide kitchenettes, allowing residents to prepare meals and maintain their own routines.

The Stamford Suite and Stamford Premier Suite, each measuring 35 to 38 square metres, feature separate living and sleeping areas, private kitchenettes and in room washers and dryers. The 37 square metre Hill Suite offers additional space for families or travel companions.
At the upper end of the accommodation range are the 47 square metre Canning Suite and Civic Suite. Located at the building’s corners, both offer views of Fort Canning and the Civic District, separate living areas, kitchenettes, in room washers and dryers, and deep bathtubs. Their larger layouts and natural light are designed to support more comfortable extended stays.
Sustainability and everyday convenience are also part of the property’s design. Apartments use hybrid cooling, combining ceiling fans with air conditioning to reduce reliance on air conditioning where possible. Filtered drinking water taps are provided to help reduce the need for single use bottled water.
Other in room amenities include casting enabled televisions, Bang & Olufsen portable speakers, MALIN+GOETZ bath products, and APT. branded robes and slippers. Illy coffee machines are available in APT. Deluxe and APT. Urban rooms, while the suites offer additional independence through in room laundry facilities.

Residents can use the 24-hour gym equipped with Technogym equipment and access 24-hour reception and concierge services, housekeeping and round the clock laundry facilities for rooms without their own washer and dryer. Airport transfers, parking with electric vehicle charging and selected dining options are available at additional cost.
APT. residents also have access to The Great Room by Industrious, a 30,000 square foot coworking space spanning Levels Two and Three of Stamford Place. Its hospitality led work environment includes private suites and meeting rooms, providing spaces for focused work, collaboration and meetings within the same building.
The interiors were designed by Singapore based interdisciplinary practice Ministry of Design, drawing inspiration from Stamford Place’s clock tower and the surrounding Civic District. The design combines references to Singapore’s black and white houses with elements inspired by horology, the study and craft of timekeeping.
Arches, oval forms and radiating patterns echo the geometry of clock faces and gears, while warm timber, tactile materials and a soft residential colour palette create a contemporary living environment. Art consultancy The Artling also curated and commissioned works by Singaporean and Singapore based artists for the apartments and shared spaces.
At ground level, Stamford Place is developing a selection of dining and retail concepts for residents and visitors. Stamford Social is set to serve as an all-day gathering place inspired by European cafes and bistros, with a menu spanning morning coffee, business lunches, dinner and after work drinks.
Other concepts include Blue Label Tavern, known for stone fired pizzas and American inspired dishes; Yoruya, which serves ramen by day and yakitori by night; Nanyang Old Coffee, specialising in traditional Singapore style kopi; and Cold Storage On The Go for everyday essentials and grab and go items. Australian gelato brand Gelato Messina and American style Hong Kong bake shop Butter will also join the line up, with more concepts to be announced.
APT. is located on Levels Three and Four of Stamford Place, 61 Stamford Road, Singapore. Check in begins at 3pm and check out is at 12pm. A minimum stay of six nights applies.
