FairPrice is bringing a selection of trending Korean snacks, pantry staples, wellness drinks and new-to-Singapore products to Singapore shoppers with the FairPrice Korea Fair 2026.

Running from 1 to 21 October 2026 at selected FairPrice stores, the three-week event features familiar Korean brands alongside lesser-known products and new finds. Shoppers can sample products, discover new flavours and pick up Korean favourites for home.

One of the highlights was a Singapore Book of Records attempt for the Largest Bibimbap at FairPrice Xtra JEM that took place on 1 October. Dubbed “Big Big Bap”, the event saw chefs and the FairPrice team prepared a 1-metre-wide bowl of bibimbap. Shoppers got to bring their own reusable containers and enjoyed a complimentary Korean lunch, with around 100 to 140 servings given out.
The giant bowl also made a second appearance at FairPrice Sun Plaza on 2 October for the “Bibimbag” Grab Bag Challenge. The first 100 customers got to take part in a blindfolded scooping challenge using giant ladles to fill their bags with Korean snacks and treats.
Across 11 sampling booths, shoppers can also try products from brands including Yorihada, Vivid Kitchen and Good Today. Offerings include Kimchi Pancake, Fresh Ginseng Chicken Soup, Korean sauces, Roasted Seaweed Flakes, Mini Protein Bars and Cup Tteokbokki. A premium Korean instant noodle live tasting station was also available.
The sampling booths were available from 1 to 4 October at FairPrice Xtra JEM, 2 to 4 October at FairPrice Sun Plaza, and upcoming, 9 to 11 October at FairPrice Xtra VivoCity and FairPrice Finest Bukit Timah Plaza.
