Halloween Scaretacular is returning to Causeway Point and Century Square this year, bringing families a programme of Halloween themed activities, treats and rewards from 25 September 2026. The celebrations will run until 1 November at Causeway Point and 12 November at Century Square.
This year’s festivities add a glowing twist to the annual celebration with a Glow in the Dark Escape Room, potion making workshops and character themed night lights. Families can also take part in guided trick or treat trails, while each mall will feature its own special Halloween highlight.
At Causeway Point, families can meet the mall’s Dino mascot dressed in Halloween themed attire, while Century Square will host its annual Halloween Best Dressed Contest for children.
One of the main attractions this year is Ready, Set, Escape!, a Glow in the Dark Escape Room located at the Level 1 Atrium of both malls. The experience will be available at Causeway Point from 19 to 25 October, from 12pm to 9pm daily. At Century Square, it will run from 26 October to 1 November, from 12pm to 9pm on 26 to 30 October and 1 November, and from 6pm to 9pm on 31 October.
Shoppers can redeem an escape room pass with a minimum total spend of S$50 at participating FRx stores within the same mall. The qualifying amount can be accumulated across a maximum of two same day transactions, with at least S$20 spent per transaction. Qualifying purchases begin on 25 September.
Those who do not meet the spending requirement can purchase passes for S$8 each. Passes are available at Causeway Point’s Customer Service on Level 2 and Century Square’s Concierge on Level 3. At Causeway Point, the first 50 participants each day from 19 to 22 October will also receive a complimentary goodie bag.
The guided Trick or Treat Trail returns for younger visitors, giving children the opportunity to visit participating stores and collect treats. The activity will take place at Causeway Point on 17 and 18 October and at Century Square on 24 and 25 October, with sessions at 2pm and 5pm.
Participation requires a minimum spend of S$20 in a single transaction at participating FRx stores, along with advance registration. Each session is limited to 20 participants, with a maximum of two sign-ups per FRx member. At Causeway Point, qualifying purchases must be made from 25 September to 16 October, followed by pre-registration at the Level 2 Customer Service. At Century Square, participants must pre-register at the Level 3 Concierge before 24 October.
Young visitors can also try their hand at Magic in the Making, a potion making workshop held at the Level 1 Atrium. The complimentary workshops will take place at Causeway Point on 24 and 25 October and at Century Square on 31 October and 1 November, from 10am to 12pm.
The workshops are available on a first come, first served basis, with no registration required. Participation is limited to 100 people per day.
Families can also take home a Boo-tiful Companion, with shoppers able to redeem character night lights featuring different designs at each mall during two redemption periods.
To qualify, shoppers need to spend at least S$120 across up to three same day transactions at participating FRx stores within the same mall. Each transaction must include a minimum spend of S$20. Redemptions are available at Causeway Point’s Level 2 Customer Service and Century Square’s Level 3 Concierge, while stocks last.
At Causeway Point, Dino will also make appearances around the mall on 24 and 25 October from 12pm to 3pm. Dressed in Halloween attire, the mascot will meet families and hand out sweet treats.
Over at Century Square, children can dress up for the Annual Halloween Best Dressed Contest on 31 October from 2pm to 5pm. More than S$4,000 worth of prizes will be available across two age categories, covering children aged 1 to 7 and 8 to 12.
Registration for the contest runs from 25 September to 23 October. Participants must make a minimum spend of S$20 in a single transaction at participating stores. Previous winners are not eligible to participate.
