Mandala Club will transform its Bukit Pasoh home into Race Week HQ from 6 to 11 October 2026, bringing together motorsport conversations, nightlife and hospitality as part of a six-day cultural programme.
Held as Mandala Club marks its fifth anniversary, Race Week HQ will explore the people and ideas behind motorsport, alongside music, entertainment and dining experiences timed around Singapore’s race weekend.
The programme will open with Grid Sessions, a series of closed-door conversations featuring Formula One leaders, drivers and industry figures. The sessions will look beyond the spectacle of race day to examine team leadership, driver performance, career development and the growth of Asia’s motorsport ecosystem.
On 6 October, TGR Haas F1 Team Principal Ayao Komatsu will join television presenter and sports host Edward Russell for Building the Next Chapter: TGR Haas F1 Team. The discussion will cover Komatsu’s approach to developing the team, managing resources and building a high-performance culture.
The following day, 7 October, Beyond the Grid Fireside Chat, Presented by IM8 will feature Formula One driver and IM8 Global Ambassador Ollie Bearman, IM8 Co-Founder and CEO Danny Yeung, and Dr Amy Shah, a double board-certified physician and member of the IM8 Scientific Advisory Board. The conversation will focus on preparation, nutrition, recovery and the physical demands of competing in Formula One.
On 8 October, The Long Game: Making It in Motorsport will bring together Kabir Anurag, Singapore’s first Formula One academy driver, and Daniel Woodroof, a former professional Formula 3 racing driver and owner of Stratos Motorsports Group. The session will examine the challenges involved in building a long-term career in racing, including the junior racing ladder, funding, mentorship, commercial backing and life beyond the cockpit.
The Grid Sessions programme continues on 9 October with From Grid to Global: Building Asia’s Motorsport Ecosystem. Alexandre Gibot, Managing Director of Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific, and Jazeman Jaafar, international racing driver and former Formula One development driver for the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team, will discuss the development of Asia’s motorsport ecosystem. Topics will include customer racing, driver development, technical education, technology transfer and the pathways available for regional talent to reach the global stage.
More Grid Sessions and speakers are expected to be announced.
Race Week HQ will also move into nightlife on Friday evening with the return of Mandala Club’s Electric Eden party title. Boogie Pasoh: Electric Eden will run from 8pm till late, featuring an all-female DJ line up comprising MISS LIL, HBN and TASHASAN. The members only event is presented in collaboration with Patrón Tequila, Grey Goose Vodka and Red Bull.
The programme will conclude over the weekend with The Big Bad Brunch Club, Race Week Edition, taking place on 10 and 11 October from 12pm to 3pm. The brunch will feature seafood on ice, caviar and slow roasted wagyu carved to order, accompanied by music throughout the afternoon.
The brunch will be available to Mandala Club members and their guests, with an optional two-hour premium free flow experience and champagne upgrades.
Race Week HQ forms part of Mandala Club’s fifth anniversary programme. Since opening in 2021, the private members’ club has hosted cultural events, conversations and performances involving figures from business, technology, entertainment and the arts, alongside culinary residencies and race week celebrations.
With Race Week HQ, Mandala Club is positioning its Bukit Pasoh venue as a meeting point for the wider culture surrounding motorsport, combining industry discussions with music, nightlife and dining across six days.
